Guys! Sorry I haven’t blogged in a few days. I’ve been really tired recently and I just fall asleep. 2 of the days I fell asleep at 6pm and woke up at 7am, lazy right? Anyways, to keep you up to date, Sunday I went to Makoto’s and got it in! It was probably the greatest cheat meal ever! From now on I just want to dedicate myself to Makoto’s and nothing else . Monday, I really didn’t do anything I work from 7am – 4pm then I went home and slept at 6pm. I missed the gym too , sad.
Today I woke up and got productive! 10am I was doing cardio for 30 minutes. It felt great to be back on the fix. I had a meeting with my advisor at 2pm and needless to say I was happy I went. I was going to reschedule, but I knew I was going to regret it. We talked about what my expected graduation date and school schedule was going to look like for the next year. I am happy to say that I am going to be graduating very soon! I am more than excited, but I still remember high school graduation (2008) as if it were yesterday. I got a great email from my PT teacher to be that I have a meeting with him next Tuesday at 10am! I can’t wait and am excited for what this experience has to bring for me.

I went home and was still busy. I cut my hair and rearranged my room. It got me to around 4K fuel points which put me up for the day! I completely flipped my room and now it looks a lot better than it did. I realized I need to make a trip to IKEA tomorrow to pick up things. Talked to my boy Ka’eo today about getting a tattoo on my leg. I will be getting a session in tomorrow and am very ecstatic for that!
Tonight I got to the gym around 10pm waited for Dikko to come get his Hyperdunks. Was doing chest with Chris Ramirez and Abel Canales today. It was probably one of the best workouts I had in a while. It was a very fast paced rest pause lift. High volume, moderate repetition, and concentrating on contractions. It’s weird because I feel like I am getting stronger versus losing a little strength. My carbs are slim-none, but it seems like I’ve gotten stronger since I’ve started cutting. It’s a good thing. Abel had to leave early and I we finished with 2 additional exercises. We did cardio for 51 minutes. I haven’t done cardio like this for a while. This night I found out things that I wish I didn’t hear. People jumping my boy and they think they can get away with it? It had me heated all night, I didn’t know what to do. I was furious throughout the night, so I took it out on lifting. To the people what happened, get your ish together. Stop running your mouth, stop acting all hard, and get real. Grow up and stop having people do your bitch work. People start talking smack behind a car then run away? Real tough guy are you not? BUNCH OF STRAIGHT BITCHES!
Other than all of that I got a book from my friend, Fred. It’s called Double Cross. A story about a notorious gangster. I am about to read this, it looks and sounds very interesting. I NEVER READ! He suggested I read this because it fits what I look for in something. Hope you guys are enjoying this and please keep following for more life adventures!
